Issuing WebMoney Passports

WebMoney Transfer verification center offers all WM clients an opportunity to make money by certifying other users through WM partner program. 

In case of successful interview and certain security checks, you can obtain so called  Registrar Passport  and become an authorized Verification Agent with the right to issue Personal WebMoney Passports;

Participation in the partner program requires a guarantee fee as a security for the passport issuer’s activities. The guarantee fee is returned to you when you discontinue your certification functions and provided the verification center has no claims regarding the authenticity of the data provided by you. Should a partner program participant violate the "Verification Rules", his/her guarantee fee won't be returned.

Note! All issued WebMoney Passports are subject to secondary checks and can be withdrawn any time by a Verification Center in case any violation of the procedures was detected.

Initial and Personal passports are verified twice: initial passports are verified by the issuing agent and his or her registrar, whereas Personal passports are verified by registrars and the verification center.

All master copies of the documents received from passport applicants must be sent to the Verification Center where they are processed and stored.

All initial and personal passports must be issued only upon a personal meeting with the applicants.
