If you want to become an guarantor and issue a new type of title units
into circulation, you will have to comply with the following underwriter’s
basic principles:
- Guarantor is obliged to exchange WM-units of a particular type for
respective assets;
- Guarantor is obliged to assume responsibility regarding the
management, function and supervision of the Warranty Fund;
- Guarantor is obliged to specify the legal basis and ownership rights
of the underwritten circulated WM-units;
- Guarantor shall accept the information transmitted in the system as
authentic and reliable;
- Guarantor shall acknowledge the operator’s right to audit the Warranty
Fund;
- Guarantor shall come to an agreement with the operator regarding the
management and supervision technology of WM-units emission;
- Guarantor shall come to an agreement with the operator about
statistical data reporting technology;
- Guarantor shall compose the text of the warranty policy that will be
published for WebMoney Transfer users;
- Guarantor shall publish agreements, information on technology, details
for exchange of WM-units of the underwritten type so that they are available
for each member of the system.
Guarantors, as WebMoney Transfer users, have the highest status in the
system. Laying down the conditions and terms of exchange of underwritten
WM-units into money (or other assets), guarantors will get profit from all
deposit and withdrawal transactions of the underwritten WM-units. Please send
