- To start a deal and carry out operations you need to get a status of an
authorized WebMoney exchanger.

personal passport.
1.2. If you are a legal entity you need to start working using
Capitaller.
- You need to register your website in the Megastock in Online E-Currencies
Exchange or Buy & Sell E-Currencies section.
- You need to work pursuant to the
Rules and procedures for using WebMoney Transfer for exchange
operations using financial instruments and specify what kind of payment
instruments and operations will be available on your website, indicate the
currencies for cash, non-cash and e-currency exchange. Only after this
information about your services will be accommodated on Megastock and your
exchanger get the status of an authorized one.

Your exchanger’s profit will depend on tariffs set up by you (usually,
exchanger owners set a 2-5% commission), as well as on the application
processing quality (efficiency).
